2008:  Game 6, Midwestern Conference Final
Elmira Sugar Kings 6 at Cambridge Winter Hawks 1
Garrett Rank and Jeremy Hilliard each scored two goals as the Sugar Kings clinched the Midwestern Conference championship in front of a crowd of 1756 at the Galt Arena Gardens.  It was Elmira’s fifth Midwestern conference/league title in 12 years.  Cambridge’s Greg Virgo claimed the conference playoff scoring title with 22 points in 17 games

2010:  Game 3, Western Conference Final
LaSalle Vipers 1 at St. Thomas Stars 4 (LAS 2-1)
Jeff Tervit scored 3 goals for his only hat-trick in 116 career games (regular season and playoffs)

2011:  Game 3, Western Conference Final
St. Thomas Stars 2 at London Nationals 3 (OT)  (STT 2-1)
Dominic DeSando scored 3 goals – including the winner at 14:10 of overtime – for his only hat-trick in 37 career playoff games

2014:  Game 6, Midwestern Conference Final
Waterloo Siskins 5 at Stratford Cullitons 4 (WAT 4-2)
Christian Mroczkowski scored the tying and winning goals in the third period and the Siskins clinched the Midwestern Conference championship in the 10th finals matchup between the two clubs since 1978 (WAT 6, SFD 4).   It was the Siskins’ eighth Midwestern conference/league title during that span and first since 1994.  Evan Buehler had 2 assists to claim the conference playoff scoring title with 25 points in 18 games

2017:  Game 5, Western Conference Final
Leamington Flyers 2 at London Nationals 6 (LON 4-2)
Ethan Nother scored 2 goals and the Nationals clinched their second straight Western Conference championship, and fourth in six years.  Nother claimed the conference playoff scoring title with 26 points in 15 games

2023:  Game 4, Golden Horseshoe Conference Final
Hamilton Kilty B’s 5 at Caledonia Corvairs 2 (HAM 4-0)
Dawson McKinney scored 2 goals and the Kilty B’s swept the Corvairs to clinch the Golden Horseshoe Conference championship;  the first for the franchise since the Stoney Creek Warriors won their second straight title in 2010.  Caledonia’s Dominic Mufarreh claimed the conference playoff scoring title with 19 points in 16 games
