The Falcons extended their point streak to seven (6-0-1-0) by defeating the Bombers for the third time in as many meetings, outscoring them 22-3 in those games. Second-year defenceman Benjamin Arnold (Niagara IceDogs, 2023) had a goal and an assist, extending his points streak to 6 games. He along with Caden Bell and Jordan Schanbacher give the Falcons 3 of the top 9 scoring defencemen in the league.

Blake Elzinga recorded his first hat trick since his first career GOHL game in 2023 and Vaughn Barr made 23 saves for his second shutout of the season in the win over Sarnia. Devun Colebrook had his first career 2-goal game in Friday’s home win over the Maroons. Colebrook scored the opening goal in the Lincolns’ second win over the Maroons in three days as St. Marys extended their winning streak to 4 games, during which they have outscored their opponents 26-7.

4. Elmira Sugar Kings (20-4-1-0)![]()

The Sugar Kings could not overcome a 4-1 deficit to the Warriors, failing to win in regulation for the 4th straight game. That streak was effectively ended in LaSalle where Reed Straus made 28 saves for his first shutout of the season and Sam Ratcliffe scored twice as Elmira improved to 2-0-1-0 against the Vipers. The 2nd place Sugar Kings now trail the first-place Maroons by 4 points with four games in hand.

In the win over the Stars, Quinn Kipfer (North Bay Battalion, 2024) scored the game winner with 9 minutes left in the third period, and the Warriors had a season-high 61 shots on goal. Jonas Schmidt recorded his first career hat trick in the win over Sarnia, leading the Warriors to their 9th straight win. Stratford had their two highest shots on goal totals (61 and 63) of the season in the two wins.

Trevor Zanutto extended his goal streak to 4 games as the Maroons defeated the Vipers for the 6th straight time, outscoring LaSalle 38-10 over that span. Chatham’s 12-game road point streak came to an end in St. Marys, where the Maroons were held to a season-low 23 shots on goal. Aydan Doyle had assists in both away games to extend his road point streak to 12 games. Alexander Lisi (Owen Sound Attack, 2025) scored twice in the home loss to the Lincolns.

Team scoring leader Austen Pomerleau had 3 assists against the Siskins, leading the Nationals to their 4th straight win. Nicholas Gilby (Owen Sound Attack, 2024) scored with 52 seconds left in the third period to snap a 3-3 tie and lift the Sailors to the win over the Canadians. After the loss in Fort Erie, the Sailors opened a 5-game home stand with the convincing win over the Bombers. That win featured 8 different goal scorers — including Gilby with his second game winner of the week.
