Meteors, Lincolns reach season-best placings in GOHL Power Rankings
1. Cambridge Redhawks (34-4-0-0)![]()

After going 1-2 in three games against the Meteors and Falcons, the Redhawks got back on track with a pair of wins. In the win over the Centennials, Aidan Hill made 17 saves for his 16th win of the season — setting a new franchise record for wins by a rookie netminder. In the win over Welland, Sam Savery scored his 22nd goal — most among GOHL rookies — and Cambridge scored 5 power play goals, sweeping the season series with the Canadians 4-0. GOHL scoring leader Reid Gammage had a goal and 3 assists in each of the two wins for his 23rd and 24th multi-point games of the season. The Redhawks are now faced with another stretch of three games against the Falcons and Meteors.

2. Fort Erie Meteors (27-6-2-0)![]()
Last week: W 2-1 at #4 St. Catharines, W 4-3 vs Hamilton
A pair of trade deadline acquisitions were factors in the big win over the Falcons. Gage Brandon scored the opening goal — his 4th goal in five games as a Meteor — and Rafael Tremblay stopped 36 of 37 shots faced. It was Fort Erie’s second straight road win against a top-3 team and their 9th straight road win overall — a new franchise record. With the win over the Kilty B’s, the Meteors extended their franchise record win streak to 17 and became the third Eastern Conference team to clinch a playoff spot. Danny Adamo scored his 21st goal and Sam Tonelli had an assist as the two Meteors extended their point streaks to 11 and 9 games respectively.

3. St. Marys Lincolns (26-6-2-0)![]()
Last week: W 6-4 at #8 Stratford, W 4-3 at Strathroy
In the win over the Warriors, Callum McAuley scored in his fourth straight road game and Pearse Huey scored the game winner In his first game since joining the team at the trade deadline. St. Marys is now 9-3-1 against ranked opponents this season. Ryan Hodkinson scored twice against the Warriors and had 3 assists in the win over the Rockets to extend his point streak to 13 games and help the Lincolns extend their point streak to 13 games (12-0-1-0). They are now tied with Elmira for second place in the Western Conference standings, three points behind first place Chatham.

4. St. Catharines Falcons (28-4-2-0)![]()
Last week: at Hamilton (postponed), L 1-2 vs #2 Fort Erie
With their game against the Kilty B’s postponed due to inclement weather, the Falcons’ only game of the week was a showdown with the Meteors. Despite a 37-18 shots advantage, they suffered their second straight 1-goal loss in regulation and fell to 2-2 against Fort Erie this season. Jordan Schanbacher assisted on the lone Falcons goal and leads all GOHL defencemen with 18 power play points. The Falcons lost their second straight home game for the first time since October of 2024.

5. Elmira Sugar Kings (25-6-2-0)![]()
Last week: L 3-5 vs #7 Chatham, W 4-3 vs Listowel
Shorthanded goals 8 seconds apart (video) from Brendan Gerber and Brady Schwindt were not enough as the Sugar Kings fell to the Maroons in a battle for first place in the Western Conference. The loss ended Elmira’s 12-game home point streak. They rebounded one night later as Tanner Lawson scored the winner with five minutes left in the 3rd period to give the Sugar Kings a sweep of the season series with the Cyclones 5-0. The win put them in a tie with St. Marys for second place in the Western Conference standings, three points back of the first place Maroons.

6. London Nationals (25-10-1-0)![]()
Last week: L 3-4 (OT) vs LaSalle, W 7-2 at St. Thomas
Trade deadline acquisitions Nathan Slaght and Nathaniel Adams each scored their first goal as a National in the loss to the Vipers — London’s first defeat in five overtime decisions this season. Adams’ goal extended his point streak to 7 games. Austen Pomerleau notched his third hat trick of the season — and fifth of his career — in the win over the Stars, as the Nationals extended their point streak to five games (4-0-1-0) and improved to 2-1 against St. Thomas this season. With the three points, London moved into 4th place in the Western Conference standings.

7. Chatham Maroons (26-7-2-3)![]()

Dylan Richter extended his goal streak to 3 games since his return to the lineup as he scored twice to lead the Maroons to the big win over the Sugar Kings. The win snapped a 5-game losing streak against ranked opponents. The Maroons rallied from a 5-3 deficit in the third period on 2 goals from Carter Chadwick to salvage a point in the OT loss to the Stars. Chadwick’s first goal was his 10th power play goal of the season — tied for most in the league.

8. Stratford Warriors (22-7-2-2)![]()

In their only game of the week, the Warriors had their 6-game point streak ended with the loss to the Lincolns, as Stratford surrendered six goals in a home game for the first time since a 6-2 loss to Elmira on January 10, 2025. The Warriors are now 6-6-2 against ranked opponents this season, including a pair of losses to their Perth County rivals. Coen Galbraith had an assist to extend his point streak to 8 games.

9. Pelham Panthers (24-13-0-1)![]()

Against the Sailors, Robbie Dragisuca (Ottawa 67’s, 2025) scored with 8 minutes left in the third period to tie the game and help the Panthers extend their road point streak to 7 games (6-0-0-1) with the single point in the shootout loss. Tyler Lee scored twice to extend his point streak to 7 games, and Lucas Peever extended his point streak to 9 games with an assist as the Panthers earned their first win in four meetings with the Titans this season.

10. Port Colborne Sailors (21-11-3-0)![]()

Against the Panthers, Hunter Vilanez scored the lone goal for the Sailors in regulation and had the only successful attempt in the shootout to lead Port Colborne to their third straight win. Tristen Aben scored 2 goals and JD Low made 24 saved for his third shutout of the season as the Sailors made it 4 straight wins and improved to 3-1 against the Corvairs this season.
