In front of a crowd of 1179 at the North Dumfries C.C., Tyler Crisostomo scored broke a 0-0 tie with the game winner at 7:06 of the third period on the power play as the 7th-seeded Titans pulled the upset over the #2 Ayr Centennials with their third win of the series in Ayr. It’s just the fourth time in GOJHL history that a #7 seed defeated a #2 seed in a first-round playoff series, and it is the Titans’ first playoff series victory in franchise history. The Titans will face the #1 St. Catharines Falcons in the conference semi-final.
