Quinn Gavin-White had his second career 4-point game (1G, 3A) and Eddie Hickson scored twice to lead the Rockets to the win.
Jake Ritson (14), Lucas Laprise (10), Tyler Oletic (1) also scored for the Rockets (12-14-2-0) who are 7-2-1-0 in their last 10 games and now trail the 8th place LaSalle Vipers by three points in the Western Conference standings.
Ritson’s goal gives him 41 points on the season, most among all GOHL rookies.
White’s only other 4-point game was also against the Legionnaires in February of 2024 when he was a member of the St. Thomas Stars.
Owen Hey (5) and William Periard (1) replied for the Legionnaires (0-29-0-0), who were outshot 66-16. Periard’s goal was his first career GOHL goal.
The Rockets improved to 3-0 against the Legionnaires this season, outscoring Sarnia 23-4 in the three games.
Zachary LeBlanc recorded his first career hat trick in a 9-1 win in the season opener on Sep.11 and had another 3-point effort in an 8-1 win on Nov.8.
