Stratford Cullitons 1 at Elmira Sugar Kings 5 (ELM 4-1)
In just his fifth GOHL post-season game, Ethan Skinner recorded his first playoff hat-trick and the Sugar Kings clinched the Midwestern Conference championship. It was their 7th Midwestern conference/league title since 1997 while the Cullitons were conference runners-up for the fourth straight year. Mac Clutsam claimed the conference playoff scoring title with 21 points in 13 games

2015: Game 5, Golden Horseshoe Conference Final
St. Catharines Falcons 2 at Caledonia Corvairs 3 (2OT) (CAL 4-1)
Tyler Lepore scored his second goal of the game – and sixth of the series – 54 seconds into the second overtime as the Corvairs clinched their second straight Golden Horseshoe Conference championship. Matthew Hore had an assist to claim the conference playoff scoring title with 31 points in 14 games

2022: St. Thomas Stars 3 at St. Marys Lincolns 7
Bryce Walcarius: 21 saves; tied franchise record for appearances in a season (36)

2024: Game 6, Golden Horseshoe Conference Semi-final
Fort Erie Meteors 4 at St. Catharines Falcons 1 (FEM 4-2)
Kyle Adamo scored 2 goals and Charlie Burns made 35 saves as the Meteors advanced to the conference final for the first time since 1991

2026: Game 4, Eastern Conference Semi-final
St. Catharines Falcons 3 at Fort Erie Meteors 4 (OT) (series tied 2-2)
After the Falcons erased a 3-0 deficit to force the third overtime of the series, Danny Adamo (left) scored the winner 61 seconds into the extra frame as the Meteors tied the series. Sam Tonelli assisted on all four Meteors goals
