Performers of the Week | Week 7

Western Conference:
Adriano Tonin (LaSalle Vipers)

3 games:  4 goals, 3 assists, 7 points

While the Vipers have struggled of late, a bright spot is the play of the 4th year veteran for his hometown team.  He had a goal and 2 assists for his first 3-point game of the season in Wednesday’s 6-5 loss to Komoka.  After recording as assist in Saturday’s 5-1 loss in Strathroy, he scored his second hat trick in 153 career GOHL games in Sunday’s 6-3 loss in Chatham.  Adriano leads the Vipers in goals (9) and power play goals (2).

Eastern Conference:
Ethan Quick (Caledonia Corvairs)

3 games:  5 goals, 5 assists, 10 points

On the strength of two consecutive 5-point games, the 2nd-year forward from Trenton was the top GOHL scorer for the week.  The 4th round pick by the Ottawa 67’s in 2021 recorded his second career hat trick and added 2 assists in Thursday’s 6-5 loss in Brantford.  He followed that up with a 2 goal, 3 assist performance in Saturday’s 8-3 win against Welland.  Ethan is tied for second in league scoring with 25 points and leads the Corvairs with 10 power play points (2G, 8A).
