Brad Kraus scored two goals – including the game-winner – and the Sugar Kings clinched the Midwestern Conference championship. It was Elmira’s sixth Midwestern conference/league title since 1997. Bobby Cook scored his 15th goal of the playoffs for the Cyclones and claimed the conference playoff scoring title with 23 points in 19 games

2012: Game 6, Western Conference Final
London Nationals 3 at Strathroy Rockets 1 (LON 4-2)
Taylor Edwards stopped 49 of 50 shots faced and the Nationals clinched the Western Conference championship. After losing in the conference final three of the previous four years, London won their first Western conference/league title since 1992. Noah Schwartz claimed his second straight conference playoff scoring title with 31 points in 17 games

2012: Game 6, Midwestern Conference Final
Brantford Golden Eagles 6 at Stratford Cullitons 2 (BGE 4-2)
Trent Hawke scored 3 goals for his second consecutive hat-trick and the Golden Eagles clinched their third Midwestern Conference championship in four years. Jeff Swift had 3 assists to extend his scoring streak to 9 games (5-8-13 pts) and claim the conference playoff scoring title with 20 points in 19 games

2012: Game 6, Golden Horseshoe Conference Final
St. Catharines Falcons 3 at Port Colborne Pirates 2 (OT)
Andy Sturtz scored at 4:28 of overtime and the Falcons clinched the Golden Horseshoe Conference championship. It was their 16th Golden Horseshoe conference/league title and first since 2007. James Tyminski had an assist for the Pirates to claim the conference playoff scoring title with 30 points in 17 games

2013: Game 7, Golden Horseshoe Conference Final
Welland Canadians 2 at St. Catharines Falcons 3
Jimmy Sheehan scored 2 goals – including the game winner – and the Falcons clinched their second straight Golden Horseshoe Conference championship. Luke Karaim had an assist and claimed the conference playoff scoring title with 25 points in 17 games

2016: Game 5, Midwestern Conference Final
Waterloo Siskins 3 at Stratford Cullitons 8 (SFD 4-1)
Runners-up each of the previous four years, the Cullitons clinched the Midwestern Conference championship. Hayden Broomhead and Justin Graham each scored two goals as the Cullitons claimed their 14th Midwestern conference/league title and first since 2004. Zander Pryor had 3 assists and Zach Van Louwe had a goal and an assist, as both players claimed a share of the conference playoff scoring title with 26 points in 15 games

2024: Game 4, Western Conference Final
London Nationals 4 at St. Marys Lincolns 2 (series tied 2-2)
Lucas Chard: 1 goal; tied GOHL record for career playoff shorthanded goals (5)
