In the win against the Corvairs, Tyler Graham scored twice for his third straight multi-point game and the Redhawks held a 46-15 shots on goal advantage, improving their perfect home record to 16-0-0-0 and becoming the first GOHL team to clinch a playoff berth. The home win streak came to an end with the loss to the Falcons in the second meeting between the top two teams in the Eastern Conference. It was the Redhawks’ first defeat in six 1-goal games this season. Cambridge is now 4-3-0-0 against ranked opponents, with two games against top-3 teams this week.

2. St. Catharines Falcons (27-2-2-0)![]()

By avenging an OT loss to the Redhawks in September, the Falcons moved to within 8 points of Cambridge with 4 fewer games played. That margin shrunk to 6 points with the win over the Panthers, led by Treyson Dewar‘s fifth 2-goal game of the season. Benjamin Arnold had a goal and three assists, and Ally Mostafaie had an assist to extend his point streak to 10 games. With the two wins, the Falcons extended a number of streaks: points in 12 straight games (11-0-1-0), points in 16 straight road games (14-0-2-0), and points in every one-goal game this season (10-0-2-0).
